New Delhi: Chinese smartphone maker Xiaomi has launched its web store in India. The company is selling only accessories for now on its Mi India website.
Xiaomi has been selling its mobile devices under its partnership with Indian e-commerce giant Flipkart and has garnered popularity in the Indian consumer market for its range of smartphones.
It is expected that the company will turn its India website into an online store of its own by bringing other products onboard.
At present, there are three products listed on the Mi India website: Redmi soft gel protective case, Redmi Note flip case, and Mi in-ear headphones. Two of the products are out of stock indicating the immediate popularity of the direct purchase feature.
