Bigg Boss is back to entertain viewers with its daily dose of drama for the 18th season. Hosted yet again by Salman Khan, the reality show premiered on October 8. Tensions inside the Bigg Boss house have already escalated and with the weekend fast approaching, everyone’s eyes are on the first Weekend Ka Vaar episode. On Friday, the makers of Bigg Boss sparked excitement among the audience by dropping a promo video on social media. The clip teased the attendance of a few cast members from the film Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video including Rajkummar Rao, Triptii Dimri and Mallika Sherawat.

Shared by JioCinema on Instagram, the caption read, “Entertainment hoga dher saara kyunki iss ravivaar, Salman, Rajkummar, Tripti aur Mallika layenge apna special pitara.” The clip begins with Salman Khan’s voiceover in the background saying, “Kya hoga fusion mein jab aapke favorite show Bigg Boss mein lagega tadka?” Comedians Bharti Singh, Krushna Abhishek and Sudesh Lehri who were seen in the comedy cooking show Laughter Chefs will also mark their presence in the upcoming episode. The promo video also features Mallika Sherwat sharing the stage with Salman. Later on, Triptii Dimri and Rajkummar Rao also appear on the screen smiling and waving at the audience.

While Triptii Dimri was decked up in a glittery saree, Rajkummar Rao donned a navy blue kurta. In one segment, Krushna Abhishek can be heard saying, “Bigg Boss mein aana asaan nahi hain boss (It’s not easy to come to Bigg Boss)” sparking laughter from everyone. Krushna is known for his quirks in The Great Indian Kapil Show, hosted by comedian-actor Kapil Sharma. He and Sudesh Lehri are likely to perform stand-up comedy at the star-studded episode scheduled to premiere on October 13.

This year, the theme of Bigg Boss 18 is Time Ka Tandav which translates to Dance of Time. Previously, in another promo video, Salman Khan hinted at some futuristic aspects associated with the show. Bigg Boss 18 airs on the Colors TV channel and it is also available for streaming on the JioCinma app.
