Television celebs Rubina Dilaik and Abhinav Shukla are currently enjoying parenthood as they welcomed twin daughters in November last year. After revealing his daughters’ faces on social media at the beginning of Navrati 2024, proud father Abhinav Shukla posted an adorable family picture from Eedha and Jeeva’s mundan ceremony on October 6.
The picture featured him and Rubina seated with their little ones on their laps and Abhinav’s parents standing behind. The candid moment recorded the Bigg Boss 14 winner interacting with one of her kids, while Abhinav smiled at the camera.
Sharing the post on Instagram, Abhinav wrote in the caption, “7 days of less Sleep, running around, making arrangements, reservations, planning event and guest list for E and J’s Mundan Dadu & Daddi still manage a broad smile. Super Proud of them being so active & agile at this age. Thank you all for being a part of this celebration. # EandJ #mundan.”
As soon as the actor posted the adorable family portrait, the comment section was flooded with reactions from fans and celebs alike. Rubina commented, “Dadu and Dadi made E&J’s ceremony a memorable one.” Actress Ekta Kaul wrote, “Congratulations to everyone.” An Instagram user wrote, “God bless both the dolls. They have taken the best of Rubinav.”
Later, Abhinav who often shares details of his personal life with his fans through his YouTube vlogs on his channel Outdoor With Abhinav took to Instagram Stories and shared that he won’t be sharing the Mundan video on his YouTube channel owing to his hectic schedule. “Because the celebrations are already out in detail I have decided not to share the video,” he wrote.
Rubina and Abhinav tied the knot in 2018 in Shimla and announced their pregnancy in September 2023. Two months later, in November 2023, the couple was blessed with twin daughters.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Rubina is all set to make a return to the big screen with Palaash Muchhal’s film Hum Tum Maktoob co-starring Rajpal Yadav, with who she made her Bollywood debut with the film Ardh.
