Recently, a video from the heart of Chhattisgarh’s Raipur district has surfaced online, featuring a local DJ blasting the iconic tune in the middle of a village. The best part? It even caught the attention of DJ Snake himself.

In the clip, you can see a local disc jockey setting up a DJ booth on a truck in Gobranawapara village. As soon as the Magenta Riddim starts playing, the entire village bursts into enthusiastic dance moves, turning the scene into a lively party. Sharing on Instagram, Ankit DJ Dhumal captioned the video with, “Full Crowd gobra nawapara.”

Since being shared a week ago, the video has propelled to online fame with more than 9 million views, capturing the attention of social media users who praised the local DJ group. Even DJ Snake himself joined in on the fun, dropping the applause and police car light emojis in response. Siana Catherine, who is one of the youngest female artists to perform alongside top DJs of the world, including DJ Snake, also reacted, writing, “Boiler room festival.”

The comment section kept buzzing with excitement. One user expressed, “To be honest, this reel made me happy & and I am proud of my country.”

Another quipped, “If the homies and I are not partying like this then I don’t want to party.”

The love kept pouring in, with another user saying, “This is absolutely fire,” while someone else captured the vibe perfectly, commenting, “Correct representation of daily life – in India, every day every road every drive to work is a party.”

The hype didn’t stop there. Comments continued with remarks like “This is the remix we want,” “This goes hardddd” and “Indian version of Tomorrowland.”

Directed by Gal Muggia and Vania Heymann, Magenta Riddim was shot in Ramoji Film City in Hyderabad and released on February 23, 2018, as a part of DJ Snake’s second studio album Carte Blanche. The song is written and produced by DJ Snake. The music video follows a quirky storyline where DJ Snake, representing the French elite fire force, teams up with local firefighters led by Captain Raj, who can’t resist dancing. As they groove through the town, the firemen showcase safety techniques, only to discover later that Captain Raj had secretly started the fire with the help of the “magenta riddim” matchstick and gasoline.
