Another similar incident surfaced online months ago, further underscoring the gravity of the situation. In this instance, a man was seen clinging to the exterior of a moving car. He was only secured by plastic wrapping around him. The footage, both astonishing and deeply troubling, prompted viewers to question the safety measures and legal enforcement surrounding such careless behaviour.
