‘My Wife Is Imitating My Ex’: Man’s Bizarre Confession Viral

The relationship between a married couple is based on love and trust. If one partner hides anything from the other, their relationship inevitably starts to deteriorate, causing them to drift apart. Often, hidden matters eventually come to light, creating significant turmoil between the couple. A similar situation occurred when a husband discovered something shocking about his wife. He recounted that while using his wife’s tablet, he found more than 300 photos that left him stunned. The man shared his ordeal on the social media platform Reddit. The man said that he is 36 years old and his wife Bailey (name changed) is 33 years old. He has known Bailey for 9 years. Both of them got married in 2021. Before the marriage, the man was in a long-term relationship that ended due to its toxic nature. After the breakup, he blocked the woman everywhere and had no further contact with her. He found happiness with Bailey, and their married life was joyful. They even have a child together. He believed his life was perfect until he recently discovered a secret about his wife.

He explained that his laptop had broken down, and he needed to complete some office work. While at home with his child, he decided to use his wife’s tablet since she was at the office. While browsing the internet, he noticed a tab in incognito mode with another Google account of his wife logged in. There was a photo album labelled “XX.” Hesitantly, he opened the folder, fearing he might discover evidence of an affair or see some inappropriate pictures. He was shocked to find that the folder contained about 348 pictures of his ex-girlfriend, with whom he had been in a toxic relationship before breaking up.

He discovered other disturbing things as well. There was another album containing only close-up pictures of his ex’s hair. Reflecting on it, he realised that Bailey had recently changed her hairstyle, and his ex had a very recognisable hair type. Additionally, there was another album with screenshots of comments on social media. Since he had blocked his ex, he could not access these posts. The album included Facebook groups she was part of and public posts. His ex was generally low-key on social media, and he couldn’t fathom the lengths Bailey went to in order to find this information, especially since his ex now lived in another country.

“So basically, my partner of almost a decade has secretly stalked my ex to the point of buying her exact clothes and changing her hair, and now I’m starting to realise Bailey’s new interests over the years were just my ex’s. Bailey has turned herself into my ex,” the man said. He said that he felt betrayed and is yet to confront his wife over the same.
