Recently, another video featuring the iPhone has been going viral late, but not for the reason enthusiasts would hope. The shocking video depicts a daring influencer as he crushes an egg on an iPhone to check whether the expensive smartphone works afterwards.
The unusual reel was uploaded on Instagram by a content creator named Scott Hentzepeter. Let us give you a glimpse of what happened. The clip starts with the influencer placing an egg on the back side of the iPhone following which he slowly places a transparent phone cover over it. Then came the pivotal moment that got the Internet users scared. The influencer picks a hammer and crushes the egg. Then, he cleansed the camera lenses to check whether the phone was working or not. The video showcases that no damage was caused to the phone even after the man attempted to crush eggs on it.
The video, uploaded earlier this year in February, gathered around 3.5 million views along with thousands of comments. Users seemingly disapproved of the influencer’s method of checking the smartphone’s durability with one of them even calling it lame as he wrote, “Like seriously, that’s so lamein my opinion.” Another questioned, “So.. what’s the sense of doing this?” An infuriated user commented, “Indeed money makes people mad.”

Well, it is not the first time that the influencer has left everyone shocked with his unique video featuring the iPhone. Earlier, he posted a similar video in which he could be seen smashing strawberries which he placed on an iPhone with a transparent cover on top. In his other videos, he also experimented using Doritos, Hagelslag, and fresh Kiwis, and of course, cleaning it up later. The influencer’s channel also features weird food combinations, leaving the new viewers who stumbled upon his page shocked and sometimes disgusted as well.
