Forget traditional first-date gifts like flowers or chocolates. A lucky girl’s Tinder match surprised her with a unique and unforgettable experience – “flying kisses from Virat Kohli”! The pair met at Team India’s victory parade in Mumbai on Thursday, where they proudly held the Indian flag together. The girl shared photos on social media, joking that her date surpassed typical dinner and movie plans. “Forget dinner and movie, this woman’s Tinder date gets her ‘flying kisses from Virat Kohli’,” she wrote as the caption.
She was perhaps referring to the moment when the open bus carrying the team passed by and Virat Kohli blew kisses to the crowd. “Best first date ever,” she added. It seems this Tinder match has set the bar high for future dates!

The comment section of her post is filled with light-hearted envy and well-wishes, with one user jokingly urging her to “MARRY HIM RIGHT NOW”.

Someone asked, “So tinder isn’t supposed to be full of creepy people?”

Meanwhile, a user referred to the overcrowding at the victory procession that led to many people losing their footwear and wrote, “Itni bheed me chappal pehen ke jane ki himmat chaeye bas zindagi me (Just need the confidence to wear slippers while joining such heavy crowd.)”

A few sceptics were quick to point out that the above mentioned post could be a paid moment marketing post by Tinder. Making this point, an X user wrote, “Ye idhar bhi paid tweet karwa rahe hai.”
While many enjoyed the victory procession, overcrowding spoiled the fun for others. The chaos led to injuries, fainting and suffocation, but fortunately, the situation did not lead to a stampede. The next day, videos showed lost footwear littering Mumbai roads, highlighting the mayhem. Authorities were also criticised for poor crowd management.
