Two astronauts — Sunita Williams and Barry Wilmore — from a flawed Boeing mission to return to Earth with SpaceX, NASA informed.
“After extensive review by experts across the agency, NASA’s @BoeingSpace Crew Flight Test will return with an uncrewed Starliner. Astronauts Butch Wilmore and Suni Williams are scheduled to return to Earth next spring aboard,” NASA said in a statement.

Earlier, it was reported that NASA is expected to take a final decision on Saturday to bring Sunita Williams and Butch Willmore back to Earth on Boeing’s Starliner spacecraft or on SpaceX’s Dragon capsule.
“NASA’s decision on whether to return Starliner to Earth with astronauts aboard is expected no earlier than August 24 (Saturday) at the conclusion of an agency-level review,” the space agency said in a statement.
