Mercedes-Benz, India’s largest luxury car manufacturer has launched the new E-Class LWB in the country. The pricing of the new E-Class starts at Rs 63.60 lakh (Ex-showroom) and it gets 5 variants with the top spec variant topping at Rs 80.90 lakh (ex-showroom). The new E-Class gets comprehensive changes on exterior, cabin updates among others. Here’s the variant wise pricing of the new Mercedes-Benz E-Class LWB-

The India specific long wheelbase E-Class has Best in segment length of 5075 mm and Best in segment wheelbase of 3079 mm. It gets all-new LED High Performance Headlamps, newly designed rear with new split tail light design and fresh bumpers and Quarter glass inspired by the Mercedes-Maybach.
Mercedes-Benz User Experience infotainment system, MBUX NTG6 with AI enabled Hey Mercedes voice assistance is now part of of the infotainment system that gets Digital cockpit with dual 12.3" display screens, Mercedes me connect 2021, Panoramic sunroof, Wireless charger at the rear and Park Pilot (Active Park Assistance) with reverse camera among others.
Engine wise, the new E-Class gets three engine options including the E200 (Petrol) with 197 hp and 320 Nm output. The E220 d (Diesel) unit with 194 hp and 400 Nm output and lastly E350 d AMG Line (Diesel) with 286 hp and 600 Nm output. All 3 engines are mated to a 9G-Tronic gearbox.
Safety wise, the E-Class gets Active Brake Assist, Active Bonnet for pedestrian protection, Emergency call with Mercedes me connect and 7 airbags including a knee airbag.
The paint colours available for the E-Class are Polar White, Obsidian Black, High-Tech Silver and Mojave Silver. Additionally, two more colours would be available for a limited time – Selenite Grey and Designo Hyacinth Red.
