Ranbir Kapoor Takes Archery Training For His Next Film Ramayana, Photos Goes Viral

Ranbir Kapoor has been grabbing attention for his next film Ramayana. Well, nothing has been announced till now but the rumours are going on that the actor will be playing the role of Lord Ram. He has been also undergoing rigorous training for the character. Well, now a set of photos suggesting he has also started taking archery training has gone viral on social media. This has left all his fans excited.

A fan page Khushali_RK on X handle shared a set of photos in which Ranbir Kapoor is seen posing with the Archery coach. The photos are from his home and the Animal actor is wearing casuals. On Saturday, Ranbir Kapoor’s fitness coach also posted a photo on Instagram showcasing the actor during an intense gym workout. The picture features Ranbir donned in workout gear, and performing a headstand with great dedication and concentration. The accompanying caption by the trainer exclaimed, “#ranbirkapoor First Headstand #headstand #ramayan #newskill #trainingwithnam #prep.” The hashtags also indicatef that this workout is part of Ranbir’s preparation for his role in the forthcoming film Ramayana.

The film also reportedly stars Sai Pallavi in the lead. In the meantime, a new report has now claimed that Ramayan might not begin filming this year. The film allegedly has ‘several internal issues’ that need to be resolved before they could start filming. A source told Bollywood Hungama, “The project is on. But not this year.” The insider added, “There are too many internal issues to be resolved.” The report also claimed that costumes are also another reason for the delay. “The costumes are not ‘lavish’ enough,” the report mentioned. Nitesh and Ranbir are yet to address the claims.

In Nitesh Tiwari’s  Ramayana, Ranbir Kapoor will be playing the role of Lord Ram. Sai Pallavi has been roped in for the role of Sita. KGF star Yash is also likely to play Ravana in the movie whereas Sunny Deol has reportedly been locked for the role of Hanuman. Bobby Deol and Vijay Sethupathi are also reportedly in talks for the roles of Kumbhakarna and Vibhashana respectively. It was recently reported that Amitabh Bachchan has been finalised for the role of King Dashrath in the movie. However, there is no official confirmation regarding this as of now.
