Pradeep Ranganathan Set To Join Hands With Oh My Kadavulae Director Ashwath Marimuthu

Pradeep Ranganathan’s previous film, Love Today, not only achieved sleeper hit status but also showcased his talent as both the director and lead actor. The film featured Ivana as the leading lady, earning a positive reception from the audience.

Pradeep Ranganathan, after this, is set to collaborate with director Ashwath Marimuthu for an upcoming film, following Marimuthu’s successful debut with Oh My Kadavulae. The film is reportedly backed by AGS Entertainment, known for Love Today. Pradeep will commence the work on this project after completing the film LIC, which was announced a few days back.

Vignesh Shivan is set to direct the romantic-comedy Tamil film LIC: Love Insurance Corporation, produced by Seven Screen Studio. Co-produced by Vignesh under Rowdy Pictures, the movie stars Pradeep Ranganathan and Krithi Shetty in lead roles, with SJ Suryah and Yogi Babu also joining the cast.

Another circulating rumour suggests that Nayanthara, who is also Vignesh Shivan’s wife, may join the cast of the upcoming film. If the speculation holds, she might portray the role of Pradeep Ranganathan’s elder sister in the movie.

Initially slated to star Sivakarthikeyan, the movie faced a setback after a 2019 announcement and subsequent shelving for unknown reasons. However, in 2023, it was revived with Pradeep Ranganathan in the lead role, and the official announcement came in September. Principal photography commenced in December 2023 in Chennai. Fans eagerly await the enchanting music of Anirudh Ravichander for the film.
