The counselling schedule for the Andhra Pradesh Polytechnic Common Entrance Test (AP POLYCET) 2024 has been made available to all eligible applicants by the Andhra Pradesh Department of Technical Education. All rank holders will be able to pay their fees starting today, May 24.
Students who meet the requirements for the AP Polycet may start filling out choices for web-based counselling from May 31 on the official website, appolycet.nic.in. Additionally, a rank-based schedule for AP POLYCET counselling has also been released by the department.
According to the latest notification “The applicant should take a printout as the options they last exercised would be frozen on the last day of the programme. Only the choices entered into the server on the last day will be taken into account when allocating seats.”
AP POLYCET 2024:Documents Required
After paying the processing fees, candidates must report to the helpdesk facility for certificate verification. Along with the receipt for the processing fee payment, they must also have all of the following documents with them.
1. AP POLYCET admit card.
2. AP POLYCET scorecard.
3. PWD certificate.
4. Caste and Transfer certificate.
5. Income certificate that is issued on or after January 1, 2021
6. Mark sheet for class 10th or relevant degree.
7. Any study certificates for classes 4 till 10 or proof of residency for the seven years before the qualifying exam, or a certificate of ten years of residency in Andhra Pradesh of any of the parents.
8. To be eligible for a reservation under the EWS category, an OC candidate must have an EWS certificate from MeeSeva/(Gram/Ward) Sachivalam that is valid for the fiscal year 2024–2025.

AP POLYCET 2024: Choice filling Important Dates
Upon document verification, candidates can choose the courses and colleges they want to attend. Around 6 pm on June 7, the seat allocation will be revealed. In the case of government and government-aided polytechnics, the allocated seats would require an annual fee of Rs 4,700, while private unaided polytechnics and second-shift engineering institutes would charge Rs 25,000.
Rank 1 to 50,000- From May 31 to June 1
Rank 50,001 to 90,000- From June 2 to June 3
Rank 90,001 to last rank- From June 4 to June 5
Change of options from rank 1 to last rank- By June 5
Seat allotment- On June 7
As per the regulations AP POLYCET rank holders are required to pay the processing fees online in the first phase between May 24 and June 2. Candidates in the reserved category must pay Rs 250, while those in the open and backward caste categories must pay Rs 700.
