Chhattisgarh’s Public Service Commission (CGPSC) has initiated the registration process for the State Service Exam (SSE) mains 2023. Candidates who have cleared the CGPSC SSE 2023 prelims exam can now proceed to apply for the mains examination through the official website, psc.cg.gov.in.

The application window for the main exam will remain open until May 2. Additionally, the CGPSC SSE mains application form correction window will be available for five days, from May 3 to May 7. It is important to note that candidates will only be able to rectify any errors free of charge once. After May 7, no corrections of any kind will be allowed. This recruitment drive aims to fill a total of 242 vacancies through the SSE 2023.

According to the official notice, candidates from states other than Chhattisgarh are obligated to pay a registration fee of Rs 400 to participate in the main exam. Furthermore, the commission will issue the CGPSC SSE mains exam admit card ten days before the examination date. To download the admit card, candidates must log in using their credentials, including registration number and password.

The CGPSC SSE prelims exam took place on February 11. Candidates’ final selection will be determined by their performance in the preliminary exam, main exam, and a physical eligibility test (PET). The requirements for the PET may vary depending on the specific demands of the post.

CGPSC SSE Mains 2023: How to apply

Step 1: Open the official CGPSC website psc.cg.gov.in.

Step 2: Locate and click on the SSE Mains 2023 application link displayed on the homepage.

Step 3: Log in using the provided credentials.

Step 4: Complete the CGPSC SSE 2023 application form, pay the fee, and click on submit.

Step 5: Download a copy of the application form for future reference.

Candidates are advised to ensure they have scanned copies of their photograph and signature ready by the provided instructions, and they can pay the fees using a credit card, debit card, internet banking, or UPI. If discrepancies are found during the verification of original documents before the interview, applicants may face disqualification based on the information provided in their applications.
