The QS World University Rankings 2025 have been released by Quacquarelli Symonds on June 4. IIT Bombay and IIT Delhi have made it to the top 150. While IIT Bombay has grabbed the 118th spot, IIT Delhi has secured the 150th rank. Taking the third place among Indian institutes is IISc Bangalore which has secured rank 211. This is followed by IIT Kharagpur at 222nd position, and IIT Madras at rank 227. Among other Indian institutes include IIT Kanpur at rank 263, and the University of Delhi which has secured the 328th position.
Last year too, IIT Bombay secured the top spot among Indian institutes. In the World University Ranking 2024, IIT Bombay grabbed rank 149, while IIT Delhi was placed at rank 197, IISc Bangalore at rank 225, and IIT-KGP at rank 271.
