A colourful soiree of Indian handcrafted couture, Nita Mukesh Ambani, Shloka Ambani, Isha Ambani and the soon-to-be daughter-in-law Radhika Merchant celebrated the craftsmanship of Indian couturiers Manish Malhotra, Tarun Tahiliani, and Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla in their celebratory styles.

Nita Mukesh Ambani
Nita Mukesh Ambani bridges the timeless with trendsetting styles in every silhouette she adorns. An ardent patron of Indian crafts and culture, Nita Mukesh Ambani ensembles at the pre-wedding festivities saw her celebrate India and its craftsmanship with elan. An ardent supporter of local artisans, Nita Ambani’s silver Kanchipuram saree for the Hastakshar ceremony of Anant and Radhika, was created by Swadesh x Manish Malhotra. The intricate zardosi work and the luscious weaves, made this saree a statement piece.
An epitome of grace and elegance, Nita Mukesh Ambani’s Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla ensemble featured a beige ghagra adorned with a chikankari border highlighting her radiant personality. The pearl scallop blouse added a contemporary feel to the divine traditional look.
Isha Ambani
A powerhouse of fashion and style, the sister of the groom-to-be, Isha Ambani’s style palette at Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s pre-wedding festivities, is one for the books. Elegantly styled in an array of contemporary silhouettes celebrating tradition with a modern approach, each look radiated luxury and sophistication.
The customised Kanchipuram lehenga, adorned with artisanal silver zardosi work, a collaborative statement piece designed by Manish Malhotra and Swadesh honoured traditional craftsmanship with grace. Adding romance to her style quotient was the celestial red lehenga set enhanced with sequins and intricate tone-on-tone embroidery, crafted by Manish Malhotra. Isha also exuded modern allure with her contemporary silhouettes, featuring a customised Miss Sohee 3D embroidered ensemble and an embellished Chanel black gown.
Keeping it comfortably chic in fun prints and colours, Isha set summer vacay vibes with her western attire, which also included the quirky and comfortable hand block printed co-ord set from label Jodi and the comfortably glamorous corset style top from Alexander McQueen paired with the Labyrinth anti-fit pants from Kanika Goyal label. Styled by celebrity fashion stylist Anaita Shroff Adajania, Isha’s wardrobe has been a perfect blend of timeless yet contemporary styles.
Shloka Ambani
Winning hearts with her elegant style, Shloka Ambani looked ethereal in an array of silhouettes she adorned for Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s pre-wedding festivities. The Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla gold lehenga shimmered with multiple zardozi borders and lines of animal-inspired motifs and was paired with a brocade dupatta. Her Manish Malhotra lehenga featured a cage cutout, holographic Swarovski’s and rose gold and took 8000 hours to craft.
In stunning shades of green, one of her comfortable chic look has to be the all green ensemble from Oscar dela Renta. The woven detailing on the strapless top with floral 3D motifs paired with green pants added a cool vibe to Shloka’s style quotient. Styled by celebrity fashion stylist Diya Mehta Jatia, Shloka’s every stylish look complemented her stunning, charming personality to the T.
Radhika Merchant
The beautiful bride-to-be Radhika Merchant’s ensembles were an extension of her vibrant and loving personality. Nailing each themed-look with finesse, Radhika was styled by celebrity stylist Rhea Kapoor. From traditional to glamorous silhouettes, each ensemble Radhika picked for all the occasions was designed by Tarun Tahiliani, Manish Malhotra, Atelier Versace, and Label Ashish among others.
Epitomising regal elegance in Manish Malhotra’s bespoke lehenga, Radhika danced the night away in this opulent piece. Crafted by 70 artisans, the lehenga featured a metal mesh drape intricately embellished with over 20,000 Swarovski crystals.
The Tarun Tahiliani couture lehenga saree she adorned for the Hastakshar ceremony was as captivating as Radhika’s charming face. A piece of art, the ensemble was a poetic ode to Indian heritage. The pre-draped lehenga saree unfolded a tapestry of hand-painted miniature artistry. Completing the regal look was the panelled, scalloped rose gold tissue veil.
