43 mins: The Dynamos constructs a decent move on the right side of Chennaiyin FC's half. Ralte Adinga passes forward for Richard Gadze but that was after he had strolled to an offside position.

35 mins: Richard Gadze wins the ball in midfield and runs on towards goal. He has three Chennai defenders to give him company. He beats all off them to take a shot the keeper's near post. Edel Apoula saves really well to turn it behind for a corner. Florent Malouda swings in an inswinger. Dos Santos meets it and heads it on target for Edel to save again. But the referee had blown his whistle much before as Hans Mulder committed a foul.

32 mins: Lalhmangaihsanga Sena Ralte swings in a cross from the left. Harmanjot Khabra is first to it. Good technique with the header but it's wide.

Delhi had two very good chances to double their lead but good defending from Chennaiyin FC.

27 mins: Mama impedes Lalhmangaihsanga Sena Ralte at the half way line on the left. Mendy resumes play but Delhi Dynamos defend well.

25 mins: Delhi dictating play here, they're bossing the Attack Index with 96% in stark comparsion to Chennaiyin FC's meagerly 4 per cent.

Mulder's shot was blocked by Manuele Blasi using his hands. Anderson Chicao steps up to the spot and converts. All this comes from some brilliant work from Dos Santos winning the ball of the left of Chennaiyin's half. He goes on a driving run skipping a couple of challenges. He crosses along the in the peanlty area. Hans Mulder gets on the ball and instinctively fires in a strong shot. Manuele Blasi blocks using his hands.

6:50pm: Both teams lost their opening fixtures. Having two World Cup winners on the touch line barking instructions, let's hope, both Roberto Carlos and Marco Materazzi could inspire a postive result for their sides.

6:25pm The Super Machans are coming on the back of a disappointing 3-2 loss against reigning champions Atletico de Kolkata, while Roberto Carlos' men lost without netting a single goal, the only team to do so. The Brazlian still remains optimistic about the prospects of his team, he believes they performed really well despite the loss.

Delhi Dynamos and Chennaiyin FC will look to deposit something in their points bank on Thursday when the two teams lock horns at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium here on Thursday in Match 6 of the second Indian Super League season as both the teams come into this match having lost their respective opening match.

Delhi were defeated by a solid FC Goa side at the Fatorda Stadium as the hosts exploited the shaky defence of Roberto Carlos's men to end up as comfortable 2-0 winners.

On the other hand, Chennaiyin lost their opening match of the season 2-3 in a close home encounter with defending champions Atletico de Kolkata.
