New Delhi: Some of the best football clubs in Europe will be seen in action in Champions League group matches on Tuesday night.
English Premier League giants Chelsea face Atletico Madrid in their Champions League tie. Making his first European appearance of the season after serving a three-match ban will be Chelsea striker Didier Drgoba.
The Blues are currently placed on top of Group D with three straight wins and another on Tuesday night will assure them of a place in the last 16 with two more matches to go.
Atletico on the other hand have new coach Quique Sanchez Flores taking charge after their last coach was sacked following their 0-4 loss to Chelsea two weeks ago.
The other EPL side in action, Manchester United, too have a clean record in their Group B campaign. A win against CSKA Moscow at Old Trafford will assure them of a spot in the next stage.
But that won't be as easy as Rio Ferdinand, Nemanja Vidic, Ryan Giggs and Park Ji-sung will all sit this one out due to injury. A call on new father Wayne Rooney's appearance will be made right before the match.
Another BIG clash on Tuesday night will see two of the most successful European sides face off in a group C tie.
Italian giants AC Milan will host Real Madrid at the San Siro and while both team hold six points in Group C, a win could assure either of a place in the last 16 knockout stages.
Last week at the Bernabeu, AC Milan had pulled off a 3-2 win over Real and Tuesday night at home the task might just be easier for them.
This will also be Kaka's first appearance against Milan at their home stadium.
