Log into your account at https://www.pinterest.com. Enter your email and password or choose to log in with Facebook or Google. Click the red Log in button. If you are having trouble logging in or do not have an account, you can visit the direct link here: https://help.pinterest.com/en.
Go to your profile by clicking your picture or the grey icon. Look for the settings gear near the top.
Click the settings icon. This should take you to your account's settings menu.
Select the Visit the help center option. You will be directed to the Help Center menu in a new tab.
Go to the page relevant to your account type. There are two buttons located under the search bar: General and Business. Choose the one that most applies to you. If you have a regular user account or you do not have an account, your situation will most likely appear under General. If you have a business account, try searching through the options under Business.
Choose the option that applies to your situation if available. There are six help categories under General. These options are Manage your account, Pins and boards, Home feed and discovery, Account access and safety, Fix a problem, and Legal and privacy. If you have a business account, switch to Business mode. The categories for this mode are Manage your business profile, Advertise on Pinterest, Promoted Pins billing and payment, Pins and your website, and Analytics.
Use the search bar if you can't find the appropriate subcategory. Click next to the magnifying glass icon where the screen says "Ask us anything" to type in what you're looking for.
Send a note if you need additional assistance. If what you're looking for isn't featured in the Help Center, choose the option near the bottom of the page that says "Need more help? Send us a note." This will allow you to send a report of your issue to Pinterest so they can take a look at it for you.
