Call 1-800-CDC-INFO (1-800-232-4636). This is the main phone number for the CDC, and you can call this number to ask questions about diseases and how to prevent them, and for general health advice. This number is only staffed from 8am - 8pm Eastern Time, and it is available in English or Spanish. Currently, this number is available for Coronavirus questions 24/7, but it is available in English only.

Call 1-888-232-6348 for the TTY number. If you are deaf or hard of hearing, then you can call this number for the same service as the main one. Contacting By Email

Navigate to the CDC-INFO contact form. The CDC does not provide a general email address, so you need to use the form on their website to email them.
