If you live in a participating area, you can purchase a Ride Pass from Uber that allows you to consistently get the best prices for all UberPool and UberX rides, no matter the traffic, weather, or time. Steps

Open the Uber mobile app. This app icon looks like a black background with "Uber" in white text that you'll find on one of your Home screens, in the app drawer, or by searching. It's not possible to buy a Ride Pass on Uber's website.

Tap ☰. You'll see this in the top left corner of your screen.

Tap Ride Pass. This is usually in the middle of the menu under "Payment." If you don't see "Ride Pass," then your location is most likely ineligible.

Tap Get A Pass. You'll see this at the bottom of the page under the list of benefits.

Confirm your payment information. Make sure the card displayed is the card you want to pay with; if not, tap Change and enter your payment information.

Tap Buy. You'll see this at the bottom of the screen. If the purchase is successful, you'll see a confirmation page. You should also get a confirmation email that you purchased the ride pass. Eligible rides will automatically reflect your Ride Pass price; you don't need to do anything else. If you want to cancel your ride pass, tap the auto-renew toggle from the "Ride Pass" screen.
