Returning Items
Open the Temu app. You can also use the Temu website. Make sure you're logged into your account. If you don't have a Temu account yet, navigate to your Temu order email and click Save your Order to create one.
Select Your orders. This is in the side menu.
Select Return/Refund. This will be below your order.
Select the item(s) you want to return. There will be a checkmark next to the selection(s).
Select a reason. You can choose an option such as: Some items don't fit, I don't want it anymore, Quality not as expected, or another reason. You may be asked to provide more information depending on your selection. Enter the information and select Next Step to continue.
Select a return method. Return shipping is free on your first single return. If you're returning multiple items at once, return shipping is free for all orders purchased within 90 days. Pickup return may charge an additional fee. With some items, you may not be required to send back your return. In this case, select a refund method.
Package your return. Temu will send you a return label. You just need to package your items in a box or shipping sleeve with the return label. Make sure to include the original barcode for each item you're returning.
Send the return. You can use your nearest USPS/UPS location to drop off your package. Once the return passes quality inspection, the refund will be issued. Check your refund status on the Your orders page. If you need additional help, you can contact Temu.
Temu Return Policy
You can return almost all items within 90 days of purchasing. Once this 90 day window expires, you won't be able to return the item anymore. After submitting your return request, you must mail your package back within 14 days.
