3 from city top MBBS seats list

CHENNAI: Three students from Chennai have made it to the top ten ranks for MBBS seats for the academic year 2011-12. The top ranker for the year, however, was K Sivaranjani, a student of Sri Vidhya Mandir Matriculation, Rasipuram.The rank list for MBBS admissions was announced by Health Minister Dr V S Vijay at a press conference here on Tuesday. Boys and girls shared honours bagging five top ranks each.Shruthi Ganesh of DAV Matriculation School, Gopalapuram in Chennai bagged the third rank while Suresh Paul Raj of Holy Family Convent, Keelkattalai, was fourth. Dunasheeba Soundharya of SBOA Matriculation, Anna Nagar, was ranked sixth in the list. The second rank holder in the list is S S Dakshini of Green Park Matriculation, Namakkal.
