Jaipur: Mild tremors were felt in several parts of Rajasthan as 4.1 magnitude earthquake hit the state on Thursday night.

According to USGS, the epicentre of the earthquake was 2 km west of Sri Madhopur in Sikar district.

Ajmer Seismological Department said the quake was located at a latitude of 27.6 degrees North and longitude 75.6 degrees East and its depth was 10 km.

There were no immediate reports of any loss of life or property.
