BANGALORE: The Lokayukta Court on Wednesday adjourned the cases against External Affairs Minister S M Krishna and two other former Karnataka chief ministers, for their alleged involvement in illegal mining to May 5 for further hearing.Lokayukta Judge N K Sudhindra Rao adjourned cases after the complainant T J Abraham,a social activist sought time in view of the matter coming up before the Supreme Court on April 24 for final disposal.In his complaint in December last year, Abraham had accused Krishna and his successors N Dharam Singh from Congress and H D Kumaraswamy from JD(S) of being involved in various acts of illegal omission and commission for grant of leases for mining in the state during their tenure as chief ministers. Abraham submitted a memo last month in the Lokayukta Court.
