Seven individuals in Karnataka were arrested for kidnapping and torturing three second-hand car dealers by subjecting them to electric shocks on their private parts.
The video of the incident, which has gone viral, depicted disturbing scenes where the kidnappers administered electric shocks to the men’s private parts while they were naked.
According to the police, second-hand car dealer Ramesh Madiwala, Sameeruddin, and Abdul Rehman were subjected to torture for reportedly delaying the delivery of a vehicle. The accused allegedly demanded money for their release.
The victims had lodged a complaint with the police on May 5, alleging that they had been abducted on May 4.
“Videos depicting males being beaten by other males in a state of nudity are circulating in Kalaburgi city. In this regard, an FIR was registered on May 5 and 7 accused have already been arrested,” the police stated.
Following the complaint, the police arrested Imran Patel, Mohammed Mateen, Ramesh Doddamani, Sagar Koli, and their accomplices in connection with the incident. Additionally, they are actively pursuing other individuals involved, with a search underway.
