New Delhi: It will be an all-South Indian fare comprising of Rawa Upma with cashew nuts and fresh coriander, Medu Wadai and Podi with ghee which has been planned for on Tuesday's breakfast for US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton with External Affairs Minister SM Krishna.

Apart from this, there will be Kesari Bhaat, Oothappam - Masala/Plain, Masala/Plain Dosai, steamed idlis and drumstick sambhar. Coconut and tomato chutneys will also be part of an all-South Indian Thali breakfast, according to officials.

They will also be served Masala Tea and South Indian Coffee, they said, adding the selection for the breakfast was in a departure from tradition. In the past, the spread has always included different Indian cuisines.

Clinton, a lover of Indian cuisine, on Monday said she would have to be on a diet for the next seven days to offset her possible weight gain during her three-day visit to the country.

Asked if every hearty Indian meal puts her on a diet of carrots and celeries, she said, "It's very true." "After here and then in Delhi, I will have to be on a diet for at least a week," Clinton, who had earlier been to the city in 1997 as the First Lady after Mother Teresa's death, said.

She and her entourage were treated to traditional Bengali sweets 'katchagoollah' and 'sandesh' during the meeting with West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee at the Writers' Building.
