Following a massive serach operation, the IAF had announced closure of search on September 14.
Addressing media on board INS Shakti on Saturday ahead of Navy Day week, Flag Officer Commanding-In-Chief Eastern Naval Command Vice Admiral H C S Bisht said family members of six missing personnel had given NOC, but parents of two others were reluctant to sign the 'presumed dead' declaration, hoping that their sons might be alive.
