Blast anniversary peaceful

HYDERABAD: Amid security, the fifth anniversary of the bomb blast at Mecca Masjid here passed off without any untoward incident on Friday. Friday prayers also passed off peacefully. Heavy security was clamped around Mecca Masjid where hundreds of people offered prayers on Friday. Police allowed people into the mosque after only after thorough frisking.Meanwhile,  Majlis-Bachao-Tehreek (MBT) activists led by its corporator Amjed Ullah Khan and other Muslim organisations paid tributes to the victims who died in the Mecca blast incident.
