Shukla was reportedly admitted to a Delhi hospital on Tuesday after he complained of ill-health, sources said.
In a related case, former Director General (Health) S P Ram and four others were produced before the court. The next date of hearing has been fixed for tomorrow.
In another case, former MD of UP Small Industries Corporation Ltd Abhay Kumar Vajpayee and two others were produced in court. The next date of hearing in the case has been fixed for June 26.
