Court posts order on Yeddyurappa case

BANGALORE: The Lokayukta Special Court on Monday posted orders on the bail petition filed by 24 accused, including former chief minister B S Yeddyurappa, to October 15.The court arrived at the decision as the High Court has stayed proceedings against Yeddyurappa and others as per the complaint registered by advocates Sirajin Basha and Balaraj till October 14.It may be recalled that the Lokayukta court had reserved orders on bail for Yeddyurappa and others to October 3. However, all accused in the case were present in the Lokayukta Court on Monday as ordered by the judge.
