CUTTACK: All roads will lead to the Barabati stadium for the India-West Indies ODI on Tuesday but with detours. With more than 50,000 people likely to gather for the match, the Commissionerate police has imposed traffic regulations and demarcated  parking zones to ensure smooth, hassle-free access to the stadium. The restrictions would come into effect from 7 am on Tuesday and will be in force till the end of the match. The vehicles trying to approach the stadium through the Ring Road from Matamath will have to take a right turn to park near the Mahanadi river bed near Gadgadiaghat. Those with passes will be allowed to come via the Old Balijatra grounds to park their vehicles there. The vehicles approaching from Howrah Motors Square would be diverted from Old Kendriya Vidyalaya side road to Ring Road and would be accommodated at the Mahanadi river bed or Old Balijatra grounds. No vehicular movement would be allowed on the opposite route.Those approaching from the Biju Patnaik Square and Madhusudan Nagar area will have to park their vehicles near Dayashram or near Convent School. They will not be allowed to take the Killa Maidan Road to Balijatra grounds. Vehicular movement from Chandi Square towards Barabati stadium will not be restricted but will only be allowed parking at Dayashram or follow a diversion through Biju Patnaik Square. The road from Buxi Bazaar and Nari Seva Sadan will be closed from YMCA onwards.The vehicles will have to take a left from YMCA Square through Kala Vikas Kendra to the parking space at Dayashram. Those with passes would be allowed parking at Orissa Cricket Academy grounds. Those from Reserve Police Lines will be allowed till the parking lot at OPA. Vehicles will not be allowed to travel via Kilkhana Road from Director of Industries to approach the stadium. They will have to move through Kala Vikas Kendra Road to the parking zones.
