Naveen Kumar had created a flutter after he lodged a complaint with the Rampachodavaram police on Monday against Trivikram Varma for attempt to murder, intimidation and harassment, obstruction to his duties and misuse of power. However, no case was registered. Later, he approached a magistrate with the same complaint late in the night. Eluru range DIG G Suryaprakasa Rao, who is leading the probe, rushed to Rampachodavaram on Tuesday and received the complaint from Naveen Kumar. Later, he also spoke to SP Varma at Kakinada and obtained his statement over the serious allegations levelled by ASP Naveen Kumar.
