Puducherry: Tamil film actor Vijay's fans association celebrated his birthday in Puducherry on Monday.
Association President and PMC Legislator Anand distributed gold rings to 15 children born at the Government Maternity Hospital in Puducherry to mark the occasion.
All religion prayers, distribution of sweets, poor feeding and distribution of free notebooks to 500 school children were also organised on the occasion.
