New Delhi: He might be struggling to be among the points this Formula One season, but a reported fisticuff with a Lotus Renault official has got Force India's Adrian Sutil in the limelight for all the wrong reasons.
Sutil was said to have been involved in a brawl with Eric Lux at the M1NT nightclub after the recently concluded Chinese Grand Prix at Shanghai.
However the incident seems to have been resolved without further escalations as both the teams haven’t made any official representations.
Meanwhile, a report from Italian website 422race.com suggested that Sutil apparently had to run out of China to avoid legal problems on the matter.
Sutil has not been having the best of seasons with the Vijay Mallya owned team having managed just two points from four races and has also been outperformed by his rookie teammate Paul di Resta in the qualifying sessions.
The German driver has also been complaining about the pace of his car claiming that Force India's F1 car isn’t up to scratch to set the blistering times expected of him.
