BANGALORE: Fresh allegations of irregularities have surfaced against former Chief Minster B S Yeddyurappa and Minister for Industries M Nirani on Tuesday. According to sources, Alam Pasha, a city-based businessman, has lodged a complaint with the Lokayukta on August 24 alleging that the two are trying to denotify 7 acres of land near Koramangala that was allotted to him for starting an industry in 2005 when S M Krishna was CM. Pasha alleged that the two purchased 14 acres of land that government decided to allot to him during the global investors meet, at low price in benami names and have obtained compensation. They have created a fake letter in his name, in which he expressed inability to start industry.
