Give postal vote form on time: Government staff

CHENNAI: The Tamil Nadu Government Employees’ Association on Wednesday urged the Election Commission to provide postal vote forms on time to employees who have been put on poll duty. According to a realease, the association said that while the rules mandate distribution of forms seven days before the first phase of polls, thousands of employees were yet to recieve them even though only five days were left for the polls as on Wednesday. The association also demanded more security for those on poll duty.
