Goa Police have arrested the two boys and admitted them to a hospital.
Panaji: Two boys were beaten up by locals with wooden sticks and were then paraded naked after being tied to motorcycles in Goa for allegedly stealing mobile phones and valuables from foreigners.
The boys were beaten up by locals who had adjuged them guilty of the crime.
The incident occurred on May 22 in Betul district of Goa.
Goa Police have arrested the two boys and admitted them to a hospital.
