Governor appoints new VCs

HYDERABAD: Governor ESL Narasimhan on Wednesday  appointed vice-chancellors for three universities  which include Krishna University in Machilipatnam,  Acharya Nagarjuna University in Guntur and Satavahana University in Karimnagar. Prof. V Venkaiah, professor of management at BR Ambedkar Open University, Hyderabad, has been appointed vice-chancellor of Krishna University.Prof. K. Viyyana Rao, professor of commerce and business administration, University College of Arts, Commerce & Law, Acharya Nagarjuna University in Guntur has been named as the vice-chancellor of the same university.Prof. K Veera Reddy, retired professor of Osmania University, Hyderabad, has been appointed vice- chancellor of Satavahana University in Karimnagar.
