New Delhi: The Delhi High Court on Thursday granted permission to fashion designer and key witness in the Jessica Lall murder case, Malani Ramani, to travel to UK to participate in a fashion show.
A division bench headed by acting Chief Justice Vijender Jain allowed Malani to go abroad on furnishing a bond of Rs 5 lakh and depositing the passport of her parents - Bina Ramani ang George Melhot.
Malani has been directed to come back by June 1 to join the investigation in Jessica Lal murder case.
In March, the Delhi Police had issued "Look out" notices against all the witnesses in the murder and retrained them from leaving the country without prior permission of the court.
