A similar disturbing video went viral on social media. The clip was shared on the X platform (formerly Twitter) and shows the moment when a man cruelly ties a wire around the dog’s neck and drags it around before carelessly throwing it away. The horrific incident took place in Indra Vikas Colony in Delhi’s Mukherjee Nagar. Despite the presence of numerous people, the man continued his torturous act on the innocent dog, as seen in the video. The footage of the incident has garnered a lot of attention on social media. According to reports, the Delhi Police has not taken any action against the man.

Many social media users have expressed their outrage towards the Delhi Police for their apparent lack of action in response to the incident. “What is stopping Delhi Police from taking action against such psycho killers, are they waiting for some more cruelty to take place? This predator must be arrested ASAP. High time Police should start taking action,” a user wrote.
