Namrata Shirodkar is on a holiday while her sister, actress Shilpa Shirodkar participated in Bigg Boss 18. The former actress, who is married to Mahesh Babu, revealed she is in Thailand with her children. Namrata took to Instagram and shared glimpses of her trip.
In one of the photos, Namrata was seen posing by a table with her daughter, Sitara. In another photo, she was playing with her son, Gautham. She also shared glimpses of her stay. She shared the post with the caption, “Here for the vibes, the views, and the pad thai.” She also took to her Instagram Stories to share pictures of a ‘family.’ The former starlet was sharing pictures of a family of a frog. Meanwhile, Namrata is yet to comment on Shilpa’s participation in Bigg Boss 18. However, Shilpa revealed Namrata and Mahesh Babu are supportive of her participation.
“(Namrata and Mahesh) are very happy for me. They are very proud of me and they just know that whatever I do, I’ll do it myself. I know I’m going to make them very proud. As a family, we are a very close-knit family. They are very supportive of me,” Shilpa Shirodkar told the Times of India.
For the unversed, Shilpa started her career around the same time as Salman Khan. However, they never got a chance to work together. She was seen in films such as Kishen Kanhaiya, Khuda Gawah, Gopi Kishan, Bewafa Sanam, and Return of Jewel Thief, to name a few. On the other hand, Namrata has worked with Salman Khan in Jab Pyaar Kisise Hota Hai. Shilpa has said that she and Salman know each other but are not friends.
This year, Bigg Boss 18 has a surprising mix of contestants. Shilpa will compete with Nyrra Banerji, Avinash Mishra, Vivian Dsena, Shehzada Dhami, Gunratna, Sara Arfeen Khan, Arfeen Khan, Rajat Dalal, Shrutika Arjun Raaj, Chahat Pandey, Alice Kaushik, Hema Sharma aka Viral Bhabhi, Tajinder Bagga, Chum Darang, Eisha Singh, Karanveer Mehra, and Muskan Bamnne for the trophy.
