J&K: Suspected terrorists hurl grenade; two injured

Srinagar: At least two civilians were injured on Saturday in a grenade attack by suspected terrorists on a security force vehicle at Anantnag town in south Kashmir, police said.

The assailants hurled a grenade towards a security force vehicle at Anantnag town but missed the intended target, a police official said. He said the grenade landed and exploded on the roadside, injuring at least two civilians.

The injured persons have been rushed to the local district hospital for treatment, he added.
