New Delhi: When a film has Arshad Warsi and Boman Irani in it, expectations are bound to be high. The supremely talented actors were part of the Munnabhai series and along with Sanjay Dutt, made the series the most enjoyable films of recent times. Munnabhai explored the goodness that exists within us and how one doesn't realize the pleasures one gets from simple things in life.
Warsi's latest movie 'Jolly LLB' tries to explore the flaws that exists in the society. A social satire, the film narrates the story of a small town lawyer, Jolly (Warsi) who comes to Delhi to make it big. After dealing with small cases-all of which he loses, Jolly lands himself a big case opposite his idol and the country's biggest lawyer Rajpal (Irani).
Directed by Subhash Kapoor, who had earlier directed 'Phas Gaye Re Obama', the film also features Amrita Rao. If one goes by the trailers, the film promises to have humour in dollops and make you smile. Some witty dialogues, situational comedy and Arshad-Boman's amazing timing-'Jolly LLB' might just be the next best thing to happen after 'Munnabhai'.
