Judgment day for Yeddyurappa on October 3

BANGALORE: The Lokayukta Special Court has decided to pronounce the orders on the bail petition of the former CM B S Yeddyurappa, his kin, MLAs Hemachandra Sagar, Krishnaiah Shetty and others, on October 3.    Judge K N Sudheendra Rao, who has been hearing the arguments on the cases of illegal denotification of lands by the former CM and others, said he would pronounce orders on the bail petition on the same day.
