New Delhi: Konka, a consumer electronics and mobile company based in China, is all set to make its debut in India with a range of Android smartphones in partnership with Mak Mobility.
The first handset to come out of this partnership is called Expose. Konka and Mak Mobility first announced their partnership back in December last year.
According to the company, its focus is on the high-end camera smartphone market. The phone will be aimed at both photography enthusiasts and discerning smartphone users.
Konka says that it is keen to be "an active player in the exploding smartphone market in India in a planned and sustained manner." The company says it is offering the "right combinations of features at just the right price." Besides Expose' for avid photography fans, Konka has lined up a few more handsets.
The company will soon be launching handsets called "Tuxedo" for business executives. For music lovers with a special focus on audio, Konka will be launching "three" Tango smartphones, and for consumers who have a keen eye for fashion, it will be coming up with the "Viva".
