North Zone Task Force sleuths nabbed G Chandramouli, a resident of Hanumakonda crossroads who iron clothes for livelihood. According to police, Chandramouli waits at Warangal or Kazipet railway stations during mornings. He collected used railway tickets thrown away by passengers coming out of the station. After collecting nearly 5060 used tickets, he went to the Secunderabad railway station and wait at the ticket booking counter. "Chandramouli convinces passengers that he took a ticket for a train which left the station before he could board and offers to sell it at a cheaper rate.
