Netaji's death mystery remains, seven questions still unanswered
The most believed version is Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose died in an air crash in Taiwan on August 18, 1945.

New Delhi: The most intriguing mystery over Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose's death still remains even after the declassification of several confidential documents by the NDA government and West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee on his disappearance.

The most believed version is Netaji died in an air crash in Taiwan on August 18, 1945. Over the past few days, a UK-based website – www.bosefiles.info - has released a series of witness statements seeking to solve the controversy over the death of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose.

The website – run by UK-based independent journalist and Bose's grandnephew Ashis Ray - claims that its 25 years of investigation and research have showed that Netaji died in a plane crash near Taipei airfield in Taiwan on August 18, 1945.

If, Netaji's actually died in a plane crash then the big questions are:

Why was the Jawaharlal Nehru government snooped on Netaji's family members a decade after his death?

Was the Jawaharlal Nehru government not certain of Netaji's death in 1945 plane crash?

Why did no one make any effort to bring back Netaji's alleged remains from Renkōji Temple in Tokyo?

If Netaji did not die in crash then where did he mysteriously disappeared?

Did Netaji fake his own death to escape the British spy agency?

After independence did Netaji ever return to India?

Many of Netaji's relatives, friends and followers still disagree that he died in a plane crash.

What's your reaction?
