No Diwali for Yeddyurappa, Krishnaiah Setty

BANGALORE: It seems former chief minister B S Yeddyurappa and his cabinet colleague S N Krishnaiah Setty will have to spend Diwali with other jail inmates as their judicial custody has been extended till November 3.Lokayukta Special Court Judge N K Sudheendra Rao extended the judicial custody of the two on Saturday. Setty, Yeddyurappa’s sons B Y Raghavendra and B Y Vijayendra, among others, were present in court when the order was pronounced.Meanwhile, all the accused in the case who appeared in court surrendered their passports.
