HYDERABAD: Chief minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy is confident of creating one lakh jobs by the end of this year under Rajiv Yuva Kiranalu scheme.Speaking to newsmen in Delhi on Saturday, the chief minister said he invited prime minister Manmohan Singh to Hyderabad to hand over appointment letters to the beneficiaries of the scheme.He is also contemplating introducing more job-oriented courses in universities.On Telangana issue, he said the Centre would find a solution to it within two months.This was what the Centre told him, Kiran Kumar said.The chief minister said the Centre permitted export of 10 lakh tonnes of non-basmati rice and an equal quantity of boiled rice from Kakinada port.As regards the byelection to Banswada Assembly constituency, he said the Congress high command would take a final decision on fielding a candidate
